Return and Refund Policy

Refunds and Exchanges:

Cancellation and Refund Policy: At OxyElix, we take pride in offering the best return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships (exceptions apply, such as custom orders; see details below).

Cancellation of Orders (Before Shipment):

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can provide you with a full refund before your order leaves our warehouse. You can reach our agents during business hours at 1-631-791-6669, through the chat feature in the bottom left corner of our website, or by emailing sales@oxyelix.com anytime.

Cancellation of Made to Order, Custom Orders:

Please note that custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these items are specifically produced for your order. These units are tailored to your specifications and begin production once you place your order. We guarantee that you will receive a fully functional and operational product covered by our warranty. If you're unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please don't hesitate to message or call us for clarification.

All sales of custom-made and made-to-order products are final.

Refunds and Returns:

If you need to exchange your product, you are welcome to do so. However, please be aware that as the customer, you are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Not all orders are eligible for return once they have been shipped. As we source our products directly from manufacturers, if the manufacturer does not permit returns, we are unable to offer you a return. Many of our products have a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. However, this policy varies on a case-by-case basis. If you would like specific information about your brand or product, please reach out to us for further assistance.

Due to significant increases in LTL/freight shipping costs, outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. However, if you are replacing the product with another item, we may be able to assist you in covering some of the costs, depending on the product.

Shipping Times:

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. The estimated shipping times provided on our product pages are based on information provided by our suppliers and freight companies. Please note that these estimates may change or vary without notice due to factors beyond our control, such as supply chain issues, manufacturing delays, and increased demand on shipping services, warehouses, and dock workers.

While order delays can be frustrating, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these challenging times. We value your business and appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Important Information to Read:

When making a purchase from OxyElix, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms outlined in the Exchange Agreement:

1. Upon delivery, please inspect the package and note and photograph any damage. Provide this information to OxyElix Home within 24 hours of delivery.
2. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping a new product in the case of a refund or exchange.
3. Products must be returned unopened and unused. Additional restocking fees may apply.
4. If your order has already left our warehouse, a full refund cannot be provided.
5. If you return your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and restocking fees, typically around 25% but varying by product.
6. Shipping date estimates provided on product pages are subject to change due to factors beyond our control.
7. By agreeing to these terms, you commit not to cancel your order or file a chargeback due to order delays or discrepancies in estimated delivery times caused by factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing and logistical constraints.


Please carefully inspect the packaging of your items upon delivery. If any damage is observed, make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage, including the box and SKU, along with a brief description, to sales@oxyelix.com. We will assist you in processing an insurance claim on your behalf. Freight damage claims must be accompanied by photos and videos within 24 hours of arrival. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.


Warranty terms vary depending on the manufacturer. Please refer to the individual product pages for warranty details. Please note that warranties cover damages occurring over time and from regular use. If an item arrives damaged and the damage is not reported within 30 days, it will not be considered eligible for a warranty claim.


By default, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees resulting from customer errors unless otherwise stated on the product page. Most of our products come with a guarantee warranty policy, ensuring that you receive a fully functional and operational product without any additional expenses. Please refer to individual product pages for specific details.

BOGO Promotions:

During a BOGO (Buy One, Get One) promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you will receive a replacement for that item or a store credit for its value when purchased individually. Please note that if your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges and potentially a restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the order.

Therefore, we kindly request that you refrain from filing fraudulent chargebacks. Instead, please contact us if you haven't received a product or if you have any issues with a product you received.
